Welcome to Savile Row, N°5: Thom Sweeney
Located at the corner of Gilbert Street and Weighhouse Street in Mayfair, London, this bespoke house is original because it is the combination of “old” techniques and values in the field of the bespoke but with a touch of modernity thanks to the young designers and the tailors.

Yin&Yang (yinnyang.co.uk) have teamed up with film maker Olan Collardy to produce a series of in-depth behind the brand features to inspire and educate men on style.
Starting with one of London’s finest bespoke Tailors, Charlie Allen. He has over 25 years’ experience in menswear design and one of the standard bearers in contemporary English men’s tailoring using old school craftsmanship and methods.
Filmed in his shop on Islington’s Upper Street, Charlie gives us an insight into the world of bespoke tailoring. Enjoy.

Mark from the Amoury sent Grant a copy of this Doc. We are showing it to the Italian Embassy here in D.C. to screen it to promote the upcoming Gathering Of Style event. This video is worth all 41:38 minutes, especially for the end.

Kinross Cashmere
Kinross has been producing high-quality Scottish cashmere
for over 100 years, but in order to move their business out of a manufacturing mentality, and into the realm of fashion, they needed to rebuild their brand strategy from the ground up.
To accomplish this, we returned to their core strengths: their history as the first commercial producers of cashmere in the world; and the quality of their product.
The inspiration for the symbol was drawn from the complex process of refinement it takes to create Kinross cashmere.
From hand-combing the fiber from the fine downy hair beneath the goat’s thick exterior coat, it is a long and detailed journey from goat to garment.
